Job description

Overview
It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Executive (Executive Casino Host) to service all in house casino guests seeking assistance with property information, comp availability, casino credit, show tickets, room reservations, special events, etc. to foster and develop relationships with new and existing customers in order to create repeat clientele. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities
  • The primary function of the CME 3 will be to grow their active customer net profitability on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist with floor and desk duty coverage when needed on schedule; an average of 10-15 hours in the floor and desk roles per a week.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with cross property hosts to obtain new player referrals.
  • Assist with the training of all new CME's to assure they adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills to act as mediator between all departments in the best interest of our casino patrons
  • Handle any disputes a VIP guest may have
  • Build relationships with 250+ ADW level players to reach quarterly host goals to assure VIP guest retention
  • Telemarketing - a minimum of 125 required calls per week - no scheduling of calls
  • Facilitate all walk in host comps, questions and routine revisions while adhering to company guidelines
  • Arrange accommodations including room reservations, limo transportation, restaurant reservations and entertainment reservations for all qualified guests
  • Create and host a minimum of 1 player development event annually. The PD events primary purpose is to drive incremental gaming revenues on the weekend shoulder dates.
  • Meet and greet limo guests when scheduled
  • Make sound comp and credit decisions
  • Promote future events
  • Attend and assist with all special event registrations/drawings/receptions while maintain a full knowledge of all upcoming events and criteria's
  • Maintain all needed host office desk supplies
  • Alert IT to all malfunctioning computer/printer issues at host desk
  • Meet and greet pit, slot hot player and jackpot alerts when scheduled as floor host
  • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with co-workers and other departments
  • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Present and maintain a professional appearance
  • Create and participate in teamwork
  • All phone calls, emails and alerts must be responded to as quickly as possible
  • Meet quarterly host net profit, event, and concert goals

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Excel applications required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's or related degree preferred
  • 5 years casino host experience.
