This role is responsible for generating new donor revenue, managing the development department, and building a consistent and high-performing fundraising pipeline. This position requires strong relationship building, disciplined execution, storytelling, and financial understanding. The Director of Development works at the intersection of development, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and long-term sustainability.ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTSAs a mission driven nonprofit organization, all employees are required to contribute to organization wide initiatives that support community impact. This includes participation in up to six Pop Up and Give community events annually.
