Job Summary: We are looking to hire a Director of Business Development / Sales Hunter in Las Vegas. We’re looking for experienced and hands-on Director of Business Development professionals with strong sales background from the recruiting/staffing industry who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, and winning team! This is a remote position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. New business development selling all lines of businesses
  2. Collaborate with leadership and team to build a positive and productive work environment
  3. Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead-generation methods
  5. Develop and implement strategic plans to target key markets and potential clients
  6. Engage with hiring managers across diverse industries to understand their staffing needs for both temporary and permanent positions
  7. Schedule and conduct regular in-person or virtual client meetings to present solutions and build relationships
  8. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships across various departments and organizational levels
  9. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications/Requirements:
  1. New business development / sales hunter experience from the staffing industry
