CompHealth is seeking a Plastic Surgeon for a locum tenens opportunity, offering flexible assignments ranging from short-term to long-term, local or distant. This role provides expert guidance tailored to your career needs, simplifying the job search beyond a traditional job board. CompHealth ensures comprehensive support, including credentialing, travel, housing, and malpractice coverage.

Practice Info

  • Inpatient practice setting
  • 2 - 3 patients per shift
  • Avg call volume: 2 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 1 admission

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24-hour call coverage
  • Work 8 hours per week at plastic and burn clinic
  • Perform general plastic surgery and hand reconstruction

Compensation

  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry

Shift & Schedule

  • 24-hour call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am shifts
