Job description

Work Flexibility: Onsite
What you will do
  • Operate plastic processing equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic machines, to produce components that meet quality and production targets.
  • Set up, start, and monitor machines following process sheets, manufacturing procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • Perform equipment and process setups, including tooling and die changes, to achieve required part dimensions and quality.
  • Monitor machine parameters and make routine adjustments (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure consistent output.
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual checks to verify compliance with dimensional and quality standards.
  • Accurately record production data, scrap, process adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
  • Support routine preventive maintenance and perform minor repairs; escalate major equipment issues to maintenance teams.
  • Handle materials from the production line and package components into designated containers.
  • Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, quality procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times./

What you need
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Associate technical degree in Mechanical or related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint/schematic reading and intermediate math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and common inspection equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete accurate documentation.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and make routine process decisions within defined guidelines.
  • Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night), including overtime as needed, in a manufacturing environment requiring PPE.
