The City of Waxahachie is pleased to announce that we are seeking a Utility Plant Operator/Trainee to join our Utilities Department. No experience is necessary; however, preference may be given to applicants that have field-related education, training, licensing, or exceed the minimum qualifications for this position. Licenses and Certificates: A valid State driver license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment. Possession and maintenance of, an appropriate, valid class "C" water operator's license issued by the TCEQ.
