About Us: A career at MFA Incorporated is your opportunity to support farmers and ranchers in our communities. At MFA, team members are empowered to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.

Responsibilities: This person will be asked to perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility. General labor duties include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, mixing (according to label and work order instructions), managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also be asked to perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri-Service. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Encouraging Growth: We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
