Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Plant Administrator, to join one of our Teams in Twin Falls, ID.

The Plant Administrator is responsible for accurate production and inventory reporting, evaluation of production schedules and determination of all required materials to ensure availability. In addition, the Plant Administrator must adhere to product safety and follow all quality, legality systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production posting and Inventory reporting to Plant Manager and the Controller
  • Perform physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain SAP system to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain SAP Warehouse Management System
  • Maintain suppliers COI’s
  • Monitor SAP bills of material accuracy (BOM)
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials
  • Determine lead time for all required materials to keep inventory of needed items in the facility
  • Order stock, machine tools and other items for production and maintenance
  • Order office supplies and PPE
  • Create Vendor PO’s, review and reconcile vendor statements
  • Assist A/P, A/R and other accounting functions
  • Cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials
  • Update standard operating procedures documentation
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager

COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse environment and inventory
  • A/P, A/R or some accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organization; ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word required; SAP or other ERP knowledge preferred
