Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Plant Administrator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Global Consumer product clients in Owensboro, KY
Responsibilities :
Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars for plant/site leadership
  • Schedule meetings across multiple functions and time zones
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Track action items and follow-ups
  • Support leadership communications
Travel & Expense Management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Build detailed travel itineraries
  • Process and reconcile expense reports
  • Track travel and expense documentation
Event & Meeting Coordination
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, training sessions, and executive visits
  • Arrange catering, room setup, transportation, and logistics
  • Support employee engagement and recognition events
  • Manage visitor and corporate guest schedules
Administrative Operations
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Office supply and vendor coordination
  • Purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and budget support
  • Ensure meeting spaces are organized and ready
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, coordinator, or office management experience
  • Experience supporting senior-level leaders
  • Strong calendar management experience
  • Travel coordination and expense reporting experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office / M365 skills:
