Participate in or lead external marketing events to maintain referral relationships and community presence.

Model strong leadership through planning, organization, critical thinking, change management, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a strong operational leader who understands senior care, regulatory expectations, financial performance, and the importance of building trusted relationships.

The right candidate will be confident leading complex operations, developing teams, improving processes, and driving results while keeping residents, guests, families, and team members at the center of every decision.

Proven ability to lead teams, build trust, and create a strong service culture.

Experience managing budgets, revenue, expenses, labor, and fiscal outcomes.

Strong communication, presentation, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm, professional, and solution-focused.

A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to hold teams accountable.

Commitment to service excellence, resident satisfaction, team member engagement, and continuous improvement.
