Job description

Job Location: Plymouth, IN
Job Summary
Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the office to facilitate the efficient operation of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate office visitors and respond to general HR inquiries.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
• Perform general administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mailing, and maintaining daily call logs.
• Manage office operations such as ordering supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and shipping.
• Administer HR systems and processes including Aurora, badges, keycards, Trumpia, and employee apparel distribution.
• Track temporary employee attendance and communicate updates with staffing agencies.
• Maintain and audit lockers, bulletin boards, HR mailbox, training logs, and disciplinary records.
• Process vendor reimbursements and refunds.
• Support office and company events, including coordinating logistics and running errands as needed.
• Arrange meals for meetings, orientations, and visitors.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire folders, orientations, and termination documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, recognition programs (e.g., Maker of the Month), and company events.
• Translate documents and communications as needed.
• Scan and distribute terminated employee files to HR leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a plant team or in an administrative/HR support role.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant systems.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of office management principles and HR policies and practices.
