Job Title: Plant Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Plant Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative, customer service, accounting, and logistics functions of our manufacturing facility in Chester, PA. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, transportation providers, and internal teams while ensuring efficient office operations and supporting plant activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Handle order entry and processing efficiently.
  • Assist in the import/export of raw materials.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Support plant activities through effective communication with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for inventory and purchase orders.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in data entry and order processing.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits
