  • Supervise and motivate employees, train and develop team members as well as conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues.

  • Review forecasts, capacity, and resource constraints to create accurate and actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and operations to align plans with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor performance against plans and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in planning processes.
  • Prepare and present planning reports, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain and improve planning systems, tools, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

How to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related field, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proficient in planning software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, MS Project, or other planning tools).
  • Proficient in Office365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & PowerBI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPIM, PMP, AICP).
  • Experience with lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools or predictive analytics.
