Job Description

The Life Enrichment Assistant in Memory Care @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed.

Schedule: Part Time | Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 5pm (every weekend)

Pay Range $19/hr - $21/hr

Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift

**Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia is a requirement**

What will I do every day?

  • Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs
  • Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate
  • Create a calendar or programs for the residents.
  • Coordinate with the other Heirloom Life Enrichment Associate for program planning
  • Assist in setting up Wellness and community events
  •  
  • What will I need to be successful in this role?
  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Be a great team player
  • High school graduate, Associate degree preferred
  • Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia
  • One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

  • First Aid Certification (helpful but we can assist)
