Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: $110K–$125K base

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
• Own and enhance financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Build and evolve KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, channels, and operations
• Develop original financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business activity into actionable insights
• Deliver clear variance analysis, trends, and leadership-ready financial narratives
• Support executive and board-level materials with high-impact analysis
Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
• 5+ years of FP&A, consulting, banking, or high-growth industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling experience with tools you’ve built yourself
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Proven experience presenting insights to senior leadership
• Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
