Leveraging on the job learning of Dawn?s business to drive favorable outcomes based on the reporting generated.Support the development of new business analytics to influence key decision making & profitability governance.Conduct pricing analyses, driving profitable growth at micro & macro levels.Support the Commercial Finance team in delivering strategic & operational support to the commercial team (Sales & Marketing).Work closely with Financial Analysts & Commercial Finance Manager on projects throughout the year based on current business needs.Develop & leverage your ability to analyze key business drivers & present clear, concise recommendations based on findings to influence business decisions.Other duties as assignedWhat Does It Take to be a Financial Analyst IIMarket/Distribution Accounts at Dawn Foods?

Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.A high school diploma or GED is requiredA bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of financial experience.Will accept 6 years of relevant financial experience in lieu of a degree.Experience with P&L management, financial modeling, commercial operations, supply chain, and accounting is highly preferred.Understanding of commercial business with experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams through financial insights.Understanding of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability improvement.Strong attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to connect financial results to business drivers and explain what is causing changes in performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to have the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-Finance partners.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Self-starter with the ability to provide financial support, handling multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment.Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.Hands-on Excel experience, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, lookups, IF statements, etc.SAP and Oracle experience desired.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The normal setting for this job is hybrid, where you will work on-site or from home.
