Job Description Position: SCADA Project Manager Client: ConocoPhillips Location: Houston, TX (Eldridge & I-10 - 100% onsite) Duration: 2-3 Year Contract Overview ConocoPhillips is seeking an experienced SCADA Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role supporting one of the most significant SCADA modernization efforts in the organization, involving enterprise-wide system conversions, data migration, and infrastructure upgrades. Project Scope This initiative is a massive SCADA transformation project, including: Management of millions of data points across systems Oversight of 400+ servers within the SCADA environment Enterprise-wide standardization to Autosol Migration and consolidation of multiple legacy platforms: Wonderware System Platform Ignition (Marathon assets) Cygnet Ignition (Concho assets) Full data migration into OSI PI Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of a large-scale SCADA transformation program Act as the primary liaison between ConocoPhillips and system integrators Drive execution across multiple concurrent system migrations and upgrades Ensure systems are not just migrated ("lift and shift"), but optimized and improved Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across a complex environment Required Experience Proven experience managing large-scale SCADA projects in enterprise environments Strong technical background with: Ignition OSI PI Cygnet Wonderware System Platform Experience working in oil & gas, ideally with major operators (supermajors) Ability to operate as a technical PM-someone who understands the systems deeply, not just project tracking Experience working with or managing system integrators.
