About the Opportunity
We are looking for a SCADA Technician to join our Water team in our Greater Washington region and be based in Puyallup, Washington. You will report to a Senior Electrical Engineer.
You will support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment.
Your Role on the Team:
  • Design and Develop - SCADA and HMI systems using platforms such as AVEVA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
  • Test and Implement - Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and field start-up activities.
  • Maintain - Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Expertise in SCADA systems and related technologies like Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and telemetry.
  • 4+ years of experience in on-site troubleshooting and integration of process control systems.
  • Proficiency with PLC and HMI development software such as AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, or similar.

Salary Range
$90,000-$130,000 USD
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
