This role is designed to operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while delivering vital services. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs, social determinants of health, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to address various mental health and psychosocial challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, focusing on common mental health issues, promoting support networks, and providing psychoeducation to clients.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and utilizing a variety of therapeutic tools to guide progress.
• Provide crisis intervention services, which may include conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating immediate resources.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and utilizing community resources effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals seeking support for addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this population and employing culturally competent approaches to care will be paramount in delivering effective mental health services.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, particularly in mental health or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to various backgrounds and experiences.
