Description:

Position Summary: Are you friendly, energetic, and interested in contributing to the community? Would you like to work for a locally owned bank that supports the community you live in? As a full-time Universal Teller, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing.


Essential Duties May Include:

- Taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers;

- Provide other services, such as prepaid cards, cashierโ€™s checks, money orders, cashing bonds, etc.;

- Provide assistance to current and prospective Bank customers for the purpose of selling Pillar Bank products and services and advising customers of account and banking service options available and also refers customers to other bank departments as appropriate for additional services;

- Assists answering in-coming phone calls to respond to customer questions, problems and directs calls to other appropriate departments as needed;

- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws including but not limited to, The Bank Secrecy Act. Understands compliance issues and attends training as it relates to the position.


Work locations includes the Chippewa Falls office. Work location and hours for all positions may vary by coverage need. Must be able to work flexible hours. Full-time position averages 40 hours/week. Position will rotate Saturday shifts in the Chippewa Falls office with other incumbents.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will have good communication skills, be detail oriented and demonstrated high degree of accuracy; be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to carry coin (or other materials) weighing up to 30 pounds to vault area. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in an efficient, professional and accurate manner consistent with Pillar Bankโ€™s values and standards.


Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred;

- 1 โ€“ 2 years previous teller and cash handling experience preferred;

- Experience with customer service required.


Salary: Competitive salary and benefits - additional (differential pay) of $3.00 per hour for working Saturdays.
