Job description

Pillar Communities is looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to work in one of our upscale apartment home communities. The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site, and is attentive to Pillars’ goals relating to resident satisfaction and retention.

• Clean common areas (including office, clubroom, pool and spa, parking lots, fitness center, restrooms, mail area, trash enclosures, signage and fencing/gate area) on a daily basis.

• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, and shovel as circumstances warrant.

• Clean pool deck: remove gum and food stains.

• Wash exterior of windows, and clean all interior windows/glass/doors.

• Clean all light fixtures and vents.

In order to qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
