Job description

The Columbia Group (TCG), is a technical services support company which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States government with financial management support services, information technology, program management, acquisition, logistics management, engineering, and design. You will accrue 'Paid Time Off' (PTO) to be used towards vacation or sick leave, in addition to receiving eleven (11) paid federal holidays.We are seeking a Contracts Billing Analyst to join our team on a remote basis with possible visits to the Corporate Office in Northern Virginia on a needed basis

The ideal candidate will: Create new projects in the Deltek accounting system. Review contract revenue on monthly basis for billing accuracy. Assist in preparing invoice cost and fee documentation for incurred cost submission reports.

Perform contract close-outs with Contract Representatives, DCAA and DCMA. Prepare customer billing and billable AP Vouchers for program/project invoices. Update Government modifications in Deltek.

Upload master tables and update contract charge trees in Deltek Time & Expense. Perform duties using WAWF (Work Area Work Flow) and PIEE Portal (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment). Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

3-5 years experience with Government Contracts. Experience with: WAWF and PIEE Portal. Experience with Deltek Accounting System and Deltek Time & Expense (GCS preferred).

Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF). Experience with MS Office, most specifically Excel. Attention to detail.

Must be a US Citizen.
