What does a physical therapy recruiter do?

A Physical Therapy Recruiter is responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring qualified physical therapists and related staff for healthcare organizations, clinics, or hospitals. They work closely with both employers and job candidates to match the right talent with available positions, handling tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
