Position Summary

The Manager for HR Operations & HRIS is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR Operations functions. This role ensures the integrity, security, and effectiveness of HR data, systems, and processes while providing leadership for HR operational activities related to employee onboarding, terminations, record maintenance, reporting, and employee service support. The Manager for HR Operations & HRIS supports the HR Operations team.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Work Experience

3-5 Years (3 years in HR) required

Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI).

Licenses/Certifications

HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred

Oracle Fusion, UKG, or similar HRIS certification is a plus

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources operations and best practices.

Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, data governance, and security administration.

Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
