We are looking for a full-time mental health professional in the Monroeton area. Reporting to the PHP supervisor, and working in conjunction with the PHP supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight of CONCERN's PHP program and staff. You will work with the PHP treatment team to determine short-term plans for helping youth with severe emotional or behavioral needs improve to the extent of being able to step down to a lower level of care such as outpatient services. You will collaborate with other treatment team members, families, and school officials to build a support system for recovery and conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, skill-building practices, and periodic evaluations. What Do I Need?
Education and Experience
Master's degree in a clinical discipline such as social work, behavioral science or psychology preferable with a clinical license or ability to be licensed.
AND
Two years of experience in a mental health related field serving children and working with dually diagnosed youth.
Other Requirements
- You will maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

- You will have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
What Will I Do?
- You will provide clinical, educational, and operational supportive functions to PHP staff.
- You will participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work in conjunction with PHP mental health workers and classroom teachers to implement treatment plans and individual behavior plans
- You will coordinate scheduled activities, groups, and various other activities for the PHP program, youth, and families to include home visits as appropriate and planned program events.
- You will work in conjunction with the PHP supervisor and oversee PHP programming, making certain that program regulations and CONCERN policies are followed and that required documentation is submitted in a timely and complete manner.
- You will participate in the evaluation of PHP services to include chart audits, utilization review and management, and cost effectiveness (i.e.. checking for billing errors) and ensure client attendance.
- You will competently and professionally perform and monitor an individualized psychosocial evaluation, develop and implement treatment plans and necessary interventions for each client/family in the PHP program looking closely over the provision of services in the plan components.
- You will provide and attend required training, supervision, and administrative staff, and in-service meetings as planned.
- You will coordinate with the program psychiatrist to meet regulatory requirements.
