Photo Retoucher Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time, PST Hours About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Photo Retoucher to join our creative team and help bring our brand visuals to life. This role is critical to our creative workflow. You will work closely with our creative, photography, and design teams to retouch a high volume of product and lifestyle imagery used across e-commerce, marketing campaigns, email, and social media.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, speed, and exceptional visual taste . You care deeply about the craft of retouching while also understanding the pace and demands of a modern digital brand. Key Responsibilities Retouch high-volume product and lifestyle photography for e-commerce, marketing, email, and social media Ensure consistent color, lighting, and brand standards across all visual assets Perform detailed skin retouching, garment cleanup, color correction, background cleanup, and compositing Deliver high-quality retouching under tight deadlines Collaborate closely with photographers, designers, and the creative team to maintain visual consistency Manage large batches of images efficiently using streamlined workflows Maintain organized file structures and consistent naming conventions Help refine and improve internal retouching workflows to increase speed and efficiency 3–5+ years of professional photo retouching experience Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, product, or lifestyle retouching Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Experience working with Capture One or Lightroom workflows Exceptional eye for color, lighting, and natural skin retouching Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Experience handling high-volume e-commerce production Strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Bonus Qualifications Experience in retouching apparel or fashion photography Experience working with high-growth DTC or e-commerce brands Familiarity with automation, batch processing, or AI-assisted retouching tools Understanding of print vs.
