About the Job
All of Creation Pet Care is seeking a full-time or part-time front desk receptionist.
Responsibilities:
  • Checking animals in and out for doggie daycare and boarding.
  • Using the cash register.
  • Inputting client information and pet vaccinations into our computer system.
  • Scheduling reservations.
  • Answering the phone and corresponding with clients via email as needed.
  • Light cleaning of our front desk and lobby area.
  • Post updates and photos on our social media accounts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Outgoing, polite, and friendly personality.
  • Can handle working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with email, phone/texting, cash register use, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
  • Comfortable being around and handling animals of various sizes.
