As a phone banker, you work in a call center or bank facility, speaking to customers remotely. Your job duties include informing customers of bank policies and procedures, handling concerns regarding transactions, processing financial applications, and utilizing banking software to complete tasks. Responsibilities may also span in-office administrative tasks. You need skills in customer service, communication, conflict resolution, and computer programs.
