Appointment Setting Coordinator

Clearfield, UT

Full-Time, Permanent

$47,840–$52,000/Year

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

PrincePerelson & Associates is partnering with an established and successful company to identify an Appointment Setting Coordinator to join their team in Clearfield, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, confident, and motivated professional who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward clear goals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending a significant portion of their day making outbound calls, connecting with prospective customers, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for the Business Advisors. This is an office-based position where strong phone presence, persistence, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Appointment Setting Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads to introduce services, answer questions, and generate interest.

  • Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales process.

  • Schedule qualified appointments for Business Advisors and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for prospective customers.

  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and determine the appropriate next steps.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects to maximize appointment opportunities.

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the company's CRM system.

  • Track calls, appointments, follow-ups, and lead activity to ensure opportunities are properly managed.

  • Work closely with Business Advisors and leadership to communicate customer needs, appointment details, and lead activity.

  • Meet established activity, follow-up, and appointment-setting goals.

  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout every interaction.

  • Perform general administrative and customer development responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, customer service, recruiting, or business development preferred.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls each day.

  • Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable asking questions, identifying customer needs, and guiding conversations.

  • Persistent and comfortable following up with prospects multiple times.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments simultaneously.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work toward activity and appointment-setting metrics.

  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and other technology.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented.

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
