L'objectif de Philips Healthcare est d'optimiser les systèmes mis à disposition des personnels médicaux et de favoriser l'accès au soin des patients. Philips Healthcare développe et distribue à ce titre tout un ensemble de matériels (IRM, Scanner, Moniteurs, Solutions d'archivage...) en répondant à la promesse de marque du groupe Philips : Sens et Simplicité.

Au sein de l'activité Philips Healthcare et plus particulièrement de la division professionnelle Service Clients, vous serez rattaché(e) au Manager du Customer Care Center et du Logistique Leader.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les RT, SDM et piloterez au quotidien les différents indicateurs régissant nos KPI.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les RT, SDM, OM et les coordinateurs clients pour optimiser les interventions clients, améliorer la satisfaction client.

Vous avez pour principales missions de

Gestion administrative & conformité

  • Preuve SOX – PCC approvals
  • Création Fiche générateur
  • Création PO tiers (CM et Support Services)

Suivi & coordination client

  • Relance des devis clients
  • Édition des verbatims clients (Net Promoter Score)
  • Gestion des astreintes clients et techniciens

Pilotage opérationnel & performance

  • Préparation & présentation du DMB T&M
  • Participation active au DMB Opération Excellence (édition des KPI et analyse des root causes)
  • Back‑up du suivi de la recherche de ressources et de la planification des Responsables Techniques pour les correctifs sur site

Vous êtes un membre de l'équipe service client et vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les coordinateurs clients.

Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste

Doté(e) d'un très bon relationnel, vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux (se) et disposez de bonnes capacités de communication ainsi que d'une bonne connaissance des procédures.

Vos expériences professionnelles précédentes vous ont permis de développer votre autonomie. Polyvalent(e), vous aimez le travail d'équipe.

Vous maîtrisez Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, Sales force et anglais.
