PCI Pharma San Diego is hosting an on-site Hiring Event for positions for our Microbiology and QC Chemistry teams.

Job Descriptions:
Microbiology Associate I -2nd Shift
Microbiology Associate II - 2nd Shift

As a Microbiology Associate I you will be supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP laboratory environment. This 2nd shift role (2:00pm-10:30pm) is responsible for performing microbiology and quality control testing including water, in-process, and final product testing, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards. Ideal candidates will have lab or cGMP experience, strong attention to detail, and experience with aseptic techniques, data analysis, and documentation. Great opportunity for candidates with microbiology, biotech, or pharmaceutical lab backgrounds looking to grow in the industry.
QC Chemistry Associate I - 1st Shift
QC Chemistry Associate I - 2nd Shift
QC Chemistry Associate II - 2nd Shift
As QC Chemistry Associate I you will support pharmaceutical testing in a GMP laboratory environment by performing routine analysis of raw materials, proteins, peptides, and finished products. Responsibilities include laboratory testing, documentation review, assay support, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. Ideal for candidates with a science background, strong attention to detail, and interest in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
*The hiring rate for this positions $24.08 - $30.07 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise. PCI offers full-time employees a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance coverage (including dental and vision), a flexible spending account, and a 401(k) plan.
