Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping established organizations get to their future, digitally-enabled state, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers. We help unlock value through a start-up mindset and modern methods, fusing strategy, consulting and customer experience with agile engineering and problem-solving creativity. United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting and customer obsession to accelerate our clients' businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value.

At Publicis Sapient, we partner with leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations to solve complex business challenges through digital transformation. This is an opportunity to lead strategic client relationships in a high-growth segment, influence C-suite agendas, and help shape the future of commercial, customer, and digital innovation in Pharma.

This role sits at the center of Publicis Sapient's growth in Pharma, with the opportunity to lead a portfolio of strategic client relationships, shape executive agendas, and drive meaningful business transformation. You'll work directly with senior leaders at leading pharmaceutical organizations to identify growth opportunities, influence complex decisions, and bring the full breadth of our strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering capabilities to solve critical challenges. For the right leader, this is a chance to operate as a trusted advisor, growth driver, and market-facing business leader in one of the most dynamic sectors we serve.

Your Impact

  • Lead strategic Pharma relationships: Serve as the senior Publicis Sapient leader across a portfolio of priority Pharma accounts, building trusted executive relationships and driving sustained, profitable growth.
  • Shape client growth agendas: Identify and develop opportunities aligned to each client's business priorities, helping senior stakeholders translate ambition into transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Expand executive influence: Build strong relationships across the C-suite and key business leaders, broadening Publicis Sapient's presence beyond technology buyers and into enterprise decision-making.
  • Grow the account strategically: Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy that opens new buying centers, expands wallet share, and brings the full breadth of Publicis Sapient's capabilities to the client.
  • Originate and close high-value work: Lead the development of compelling proposals, commercial strategies, and negotiations that position Publicis Sapient as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Mobilize the right teams: Align cross-functional leaders across strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering to bring forward integrated solutions that solve complex client challenges.
  • Deliver against growth targets: Own bookings performance across your portfolio, balancing commercial discipline with client value creation and long-term relationship health.

Qualifications

  • Pharma and client leadership experience: Significant experience leading and growing strategic client relationships within Pharma, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, commercial priorities, and the challenges shaping digital transformation.
  • Executive relationship credibility: A proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, translating client priorities into strategic opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial growth mindset: A track record of growing complex accounts through consultative selling, opportunity shaping, and expansion into new buying centers, services, or business lines.
  • Strategic account leadership: Experience developing and executing multi-year account strategies that balance client value creation, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.
  • Cross-functional leadership: The ability to align senior leaders across strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering to bring forward integrated solutions that solve complex client challenges.
  • Industry insight and point of view: Strong market awareness and the ability to bring forward-looking ideas, trends, and perspectives that help clients navigate change and make confident decisions.
  • Executive presence and communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes conversations, shape proposals, and represent Publicis Sapient with credibility in the market.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented leadership: A client-first, highly collaborative approach combined with the judgment, energy, and accountability required to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a team at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare and Pharma, partnering with some of the industry's most important organizations on high-impact business challenges. You'll have the backing of a global, cross-functional platform spanning strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering along with the opportunity to shape transformative client relationships, drive meaningful growth, and build long-term market impact. If you're energized by leading strategic partnerships, influencing executive agendas, and helping clients navigate complex transformation, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
