Business Analyst(BA) Pharma

Location: Louisville, KY

H1b's accepted.

Pharma domain (at least one project) needed

Required Skills:

  • 12-15 years of minimum IT experience. At least 10 years should be directly working with pharma companies, PBMs or Payers in their Pharmacy/PBM area.
  • Expertise in defining solutions around PBM platforms (Argus would be a plus).
  • Understanding of overall process flow among eligibility, claims, benefit systems.
  • Understanding of needs and challenges in this space.
  • Understanding of different IT solutions in the market and their pros and cons.
  • Expertise to navigate in a multi-vendor environment and confident to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Must have led consulting assignments. Experience working with top tier consulting organizations would be preferred.
  • Hand-on understanding of technology trends and ability to apply to live solution approaches.
