What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Director - Analytics to join our team. You bring a deep understanding of the

pharmaceutical industry, along with detailed expertise in datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, and

more. You thrive on working with complex data sets to help clients solve real-world challenges, drive business performance, manage risks, and develop practical strategies through data-driven insights.


What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams while fostering strong relationships with client leadership and acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to support data-driven decision-making in the healthcare and pharma sectors.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and pharma data expertise to solve complex business problems, model data structures, and continuously optimize analytical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor team leads, promoting best practices in analytics, quality delivery, automation, and client communication.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and internal offerings to support organizational growth beyond client projects.


Must have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 8+ years focused on the U.S. market.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality.
  • Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with excellent academic performance.
  • Excellent communication skills—strong verbal, written, and collaboration abilities to articulate results and issues to senior leadership and client teams.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience in key areas of sales, commercial, and marketing operations, including expertise in Salesforce Sizing, Marketing Mix, IC & Call Plan design, Go-to-market strategy, Segmentation, etc., is preferred.
