Pharma Commercial Consulting & Data Analytics LeaderRole Overview

We are looking for a senior Pharma consulting leader with strong expertise in Data & Analytics (D&A) and technology-led transformation. This individual will be part of the Business Consulting Group and will work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to drive consultative client engagement, solutioning, presales, and onsite delivery leadership for strategic Pharma and Consumer Health clients.

The ideal candidate should be able to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders (VP+ level) and articulate how technology, AI, and data-driven solutions can solve complex business problems across the Pharma Commercial value chain.

Key ResponsibilitiesConsultative Sales & Client Advisory
  • Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive strategic growth opportunities across Pharma and Consumer Health accounts.
  • Lead client-facing consultative discussions, workshops, roadshows, and executive presentations.
  • Influence customer decision-making through domain-led solutioning and thought leadership.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders (VP/CXO level) across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics functions.
Presales & Solution Leadership
  • Own and lead presales efforts including:
    • Opportunity qualification
    • Solution development
    • Proposal creation
    • RFP responses
    • POV creation and storytelling
  • Provide outside-in industry perspectives and inside-out capability positioning.
  • Build differentiated offerings and GTM narratives around Pharma Commercial analytics and AI.
Delivery Leadership
  • Lead onsite delivery engagements for strategic clients.
  • Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technology implementation.

  • Hands-on understanding of Data & Analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and modern data platforms.
  • Experience balancing presales and delivery responsibilities (~50:50 split).
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
