Job description

All communication will be via email. While we are excited to meet you, please keep our lobbies and phone lines clear for pet parents.

What do we do at Holiday Barn Pet Resorts? We get the opportunity, every day, to care for, play with, and be an integral part of the lives of thousands of Richmond's pets and their families. We also offer fun, energized playgroups for dogs to enjoy through our Doggie Day Care. Runners interact with customers and are one of the first friendly faces our guests see when they come into our lobby. Our Runners are an important part of the Customer Experience Pack. Our front desk associates rely on our Runners to keep the lobbies squeaky clean and guide our guests to and from their lodging areas.

This workplace is moderately and physically demanding. Candidates must have the ability to lift and push up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, be able to bend, stoop, reach, and stretch, along with the ability to move pets within the facility, vehicles, up and down stairs, and in and out of enclosures.
