Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for contract feeding and institutional food service? Do you have a track record of successfully building and nurturing client relationships? Join Piccadilly Cafeterias in a key role as Food Service Sales Manager, where you’ll be responsible for promoting and driving sales for Piccadilly Food Service (PFS) and Piccadilly Emergency Services (PES) across the Southeast, with a special focus on the South Louisiana market. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy and an exciting future.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Cultivate new client opportunities, build a strong prospect pipeline, and network to expand your territory while maintaining solid relationships with key clients.
  • Lead the RFP Process: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from beginning to end, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and final client presentations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operators to ensure that client expectations are met and services are executed flawlessly.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing concerns, and building long-lasting partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales Forecasting & Goal Setting: Set performance goals and provide regular reports on sales progress and territory performance.
  • Represent the Brand: Represent Piccadilly at trade shows and conferences, promoting both PFS and PES, and assisting with sales exhibits.
  • Training & Development: Provide sales training and support to managers and team members to help them succeed in driving sales.
  • Emergency Services Support: As part of the Piccadilly Emergency Response Team (PERT), assist in emergency feeding situations as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in contract food service or a similar industry.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate with clients, both large and small.
  • Territory Management: Experience managing large territories with diverse product offerings, including strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Focus: A commitment to providing superior service and responding quickly to client requests and needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze figures such as food cost and labor cost, and interpret financial documents and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time, including across the Southeast U.S.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary + Commission: Starting base salary of $50K plus commission opportunities to reward your sales success.
  • Allowances: Auto and cell phone allowance to support your role in the field.
  • Paid Travel: Expenses covered for all business-related travel.
  • Meal Card: Enjoy Piccadilly’s offerings with a company-provided house card.
  • Dynamic Growth: Be part of an evolving company with ample opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

This is your chance to play an essential role in the growth and success of Piccadilly Food Service while contributing to an exciting and expanding business. If you're ready to take on a new challenge with a company that values both its legacy and its future, apply today!
