As the Family Development Specialist you would bring essential support to families by, coordinating in-home services and taking part in child development activities to empower and inspire. Youโ€™ll work closely with families to set meaningful goals, connect them with vital resources, and bring the Parents as Teachers curriculum to life through engaging monthly home visits. Additionally, youโ€™ll conduct developmental screenings for young children and help parents become effective advocates. With opportunities for professional growth through training, this position is all about making a lasting impact in familiesโ€™ lives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related field. (or comparable experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with families and young children. Pervious nonprofit experience preferred.
