Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture and design solutions for Oracle Cloud Products in the Supply Chain Warehouse Replenishment domain. The role involves end-to-end delivery and mentoring of distributed technical teams while ensuring adherence to software design and development standards.
Responsibilities:
• This lead will be responsible for End-to-End delivery from an Integration and Oracle product Implementation perspective
• Provides hands-on technical leadership and guidance in architecture and design of solutions in Supply Chain Warehouse Replenishment domain using Oracle Cloud Products
• Develop and Deploy applications using organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures, including adherence to software design, development, and code reviews, as well as security and DevOps/infrastructure standards.
• Define and create reusable application components/patterns from a business and technology perspective.
• Research marketplace for programming trends when required and work with development practices team to standardize them for the project or team use.
• Optimize and streamline business processes with technical solutions.
• Use Agile SCRUM to deliver solutions with high level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause determination and proactively identify opportunities to fix issues
• Coordinate releases and periodical patching, user acceptance testing with Albertsons project teams, third party application vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Responsible for leading and mentoring distributed technical teams (on-shore, off-shore and near-shore) through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Develop strong working relationships at various levels throughout the business and IT community to ensure overall project satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years Oracle Implementation experience in Retail (+ if it's grocery!)
• Oracle Integration Cloud experience
• Oracle Procurement experience
• Oracle Fusion Cloud
• 8+ years in Java, MicroServices, Rest Api, Spring Boot, Azure SQL Databases
• Cloud background (integration will be built in Azure Cloud)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
• Container technologies
• Github actions
• Experience in creating Microservices from Scratch
