  • A four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
  • 10 - 15 years of scheduling experience with 5 plus years in direct support of an active construction project.
  • An experienced user of the relevant software, tools, techniques, with expert knowledge in the Primavera suite of programs.
  • Proven track record of effective communication within team and with stakeholders.
  • Practical ability to utilize critical project management concepts (e.g. EVM, project planning, risk analysis, configuration management). Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications are preferred.

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $220,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.

  • Perform complex reviews and analysis of contractor's CPM schedules for contract compliance, write and review comments, update staff on contractor's performance, evaluate time impacts.
    Review of contractor's baseline schedule and monthly updates.
    Maintenance of the as-built schedule from the Owner's perspective.
    Development of time impact analyses (TIAs) to support change order negotiations.
  • Provide scheduling support to the conduct of "what-if" scenario studies.
  • Take the lead on preparing schedule-related portions of reports.
  • Identify key activities, milestones, constraints, and interfaces for coordination purposes.
  • Identify detrimental issues and recommend mitigations to those issues as it relates to budget, cost, risk, claims, and schedule activities.
