New Business Producer – Personal Lines Underwriter

Join our growing MGA client as a New Business Producer – Personal Lines Underwriter and lead the strategy for one of the most dynamic sectors in insurance!

What you'll do:

Maintain and grow your own book of business.

Meet turnaround time and loss ratio targets for Personal Lines.

Serve as the primary technical resource for underwriting guidance.

Review complex risks and provide team support on difficult cases.

Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Help develop new products and expand carrier partnerships.

Maintain active underwriting authority and handle overflow work.

Audit technology systems to ensure compliance with carrier guidelines.

Provide technical training and guidance to the underwriting team.

What we're looking for:

6+ years of relevant underwriting or insurance experience.

Strong expertise in risk selection and pricing.
