Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience, preferably, with at least 3 years of personal injury related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
  • Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
  • Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish speaking.
  • Personal injury litigation experience.
  • Easy going and passionate about helping people.
