Job description

MOET Law Group is an Irvine-based plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a seasoned case manager with 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience who excels in client communication, case organization, and insurance coordination in a fast-paced law firm environment.
As we expand our Pre-Litigation Department, this role plays a critical part in delivering excellent client service while efficiently managing a high-volume caseload from intake through demand.
Salary Range: $55,000 โ€“ $85,000 annually (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase
  • Handle client onboarding and maintain consistent, compassionate client communication
  • Open and manage insurance claims, including liability and coverage follow-up
  • Coordinate and manage property damage claims
  • Request, track, and organize police reports, medical records, and related documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and appointment progress
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third parties
  • Draft and prepare demand letters and supporting documentation, as needed
  • Review, understand, and evaluate medical records and treatment summaries
  • Maintain organized, accurate case files in the case management system
  • Assist with hybrid or cross-functional tasks as needed in a growing firm
Required Qualifications
  • 2โ€“3 years of personal injury pre-litigation case management experience (required)
  • Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume caseload
