Job description

Longtime Personal Injury firm is looking for an experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Paralegal Assistant with legal experience & knowledge of surrounding counties court rules and filing requirements. 1 to 3 years experience required. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and work independently with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties could include scheduling mediations/depositions, drafting pleadings, e-filing, answering discovery, filing documents with the court, & client intake. Candidate needs to be punctual, dress nicely, be able to interact with clients,  & have e-filing experience. This is a full-time position , in person and not a remote job. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience. Need experience in answering discovery.
