We are looking for dynamic attorneys who understand the importance of client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases and who desire to help lead a team shepherding our clients through this process.
About the Role:
Responsibilities for this position will generally entail managing all aspects of pre-litigation. You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to focus on the proper work-up of all cases in preparation for settlement or hand off to the litigation team. The position will have a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting on all cases, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and even staff specialized in documenting the close out of settled cases. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury-related expertise, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket, at a Law Firm or Insurance company.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
  • Easy going and passionate about helping people.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation experience.
