Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager will play a key role in managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation. This position involves significant client interaction, case coordination, and administrative duties to support attorneys and ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Bilingual proficiency is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
  • Conduct detailed client intakes and collect all necessary case information and documentation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third parties.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and obtain records, bills, and liens.
  • Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with case development and settlement negotiations.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical case files with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
  • Follow up consistently on outstanding documentation and ensure all records are complete.
  • Provide empathetic, clear communication to clients during every step of their case.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (case management, legal assistant, or paralegal role).
  • Bilingual proficiency– required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy when working with injured clients.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment.
