Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

*Will train an ideal candidate


Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in Spanish and English

• Manage personal injury case files and deadlines

• Draft correspondence and legal documents

• Obtain and organize medical records and bills

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and settlement demands

• Coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers

• Maintain client communication Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Previous personal injury experience preferred (will train the ideal candidate)
