Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected, full-service law firm in Madison, Wisconsin, to identify a Legal Assistant to join its growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, depositions, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical case files.
  • Assist with court filings and document management.
  • Manage client communications with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness.
  • Support billing processes, time entry, expense tracking, and invoice review.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and client service.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, confidentiality requirements, and legal procedures.
  • Monitor deadlines and assist with workload prioritization across multiple matters.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
