If this is you, BECI has your next career opportunity! We are looking for a new Business Development Consultant, based in our Dallas/Fort Worth, TX market.
As a BECI Business Development Consultant, you will be an active member of the team that drives top-line growth for our entire organization. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and deepen our current customer relationships as you also seek out new client relationships to facilitate our growth. Yes, this role is incredibly important to us!
STEPS FOR APPLYING

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Assisting in identifying targeted new clients.
  • Developing leads.
  • Performing out of office sales calls.
  • Visiting project sites and client offices.
  • Attending industry-related events.
  • Making presentations.
  • Maintaining your relationship activity in our CRM system.
  • Reviewing estimates and proposals.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Regular interactions with our BECI Branch Managers.
  • Participation in routine meetings with others on our sales, marketing and business development team.
  • You will also be supported and encouraged through regular contacts and meetings with the Vice President of Sales.

It is important to note that outside sales experience is a "must" to apply for this opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2- 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business

COMPENSATION:
  • This position is salary-based with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonus and commission.
  • The salary is competitive and generally exceeds the national average.
