Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable executive personal assistant to support both business and household operations in Doylestown, PA. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and can seamlessly transition between office administration, errands, logistics, and occasional home and pet support.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Email and correspondence management
  • Travel coordination and itinerary planning

  • Filing, document preparation, and general clerical support
