Job Description

Join our Water Resources team at Olsson, a leading engineering firm actively seeking a dedicated Experienced Civil Engineer. The Water Resources team offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. This position assists with generating ideas and creating designs that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks, immersing you in practical experience and exposure to diverse engineering facets, methods, and programs
  • Execute precise technical engineering calculations
  • Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for floodplain modeling and mapping
  • Engage in design and management tasks for stormwater projects, including channel stabilization/restoration, storm drain systems, culverts, and water quality features
  • Coordinate with project managers and project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Innovate and introduce new ideas to projects, showcasing your creativity and initiative
Qualifications
