Job description

Daffy Ducts Teams is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire permitting process to ensure our projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. You will act as the primary liaison between our company, regulatory agencies, and project teams to facilitate timely permit acquisition and project progress.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, submit, track, and manage permits for various projects.
  • Coordinate with city, county, and state permitting authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of permit applications, correspondence, and approvals.
  • Communicate permit status and requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely renewal and closure of permits.
  • Assist project managers in understanding permitting timelines and requirements.
  • Assist with customer inquires and general office support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in permit coordination or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of municipal and state permitting processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
